Statement from the Chair,
Mendocino Coast Health Care District
On September 30, 2024 the Mendocino Coast Health Care District received notification from Adventist Health that based on Section 19.11 in the Lease Agreement between Adventist Health and MCHCD they would like to renegotiate the terms of the lease.
The MCHCD Board of Directors will review the Restructure Notice and explore every possible option to continue to provide access to healthcare services to residents on the Coast. We will keep the public apprised of the situation as we know more.
Mendocino Coast Health Care District (the "District") is committed to ensuring that its services are accessible to all
members of the public. As part of this commitment, the District strives to provide an accessible website compatible with
the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, AA, and commercial screen reading software. Features of the

Compliance Coordinator
The District has designated a Compliance Coordinator for website disability-related accommodations. The Compliance
Coordinator has received training in website accessibility and updates the site in accordance with those best
